End User License Agreement

When you purchase a plugin from Venux Plugins you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run it on the game servers operated by your community. A "community" means the group of servers you own or operate under one brand (main servers, event servers, staging and test servers included).

You do not purchase the copyright. All plugins remain the intellectual property of Venux.

Run the plugin on any number of servers within your community.

Modify the source code for use on your own servers. Modified versions are yours to run, but they are not covered by support.

Redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish or share the plugin files or any part of their source code, in original or modified form, inside or outside the game community. This includes uploading files to third-party sites, sharing them in Discord servers, and including them in server "packs".

Files are delivered through your account and are fingerprinted per purchase. If a file traced to your account is found redistributed, your license terminates immediately without refund and your account loses access to all purchases.

Purchases include lifetime updates for the plugin and a minimum of 6 months of active support from the date of purchase, provided through the store and our Discord.

Venux plugins do not phone home, collect player data, or contact external services unless a feature explicitly documented on the product page requires it.
