Privacy Policy

Account data: your email, display name and optional profile fields (avatar, community name, linked Discord).

Order data: which products you bought and when. Payment details (card numbers, billing address) are collected and stored by Paddle, our merchant of record: they never touch our servers.

Delivering your files, sending receipts and update notifications for products you own, and answering support requests. Nothing else. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

We use only what is needed for the site to function (session cookies) and privacy-friendly aggregate analytics. No cross-site tracking.

Email contact@venuxplugins.com to request a copy of your data or to delete your account. Deleting your account removes your personal data; order records required for accounting are kept as anonymized entries.

Paddle (payments, merchant of record), Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), Discord (optional account link). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
