Refund Policy

Our plugins are digital files delivered as source code. Once a file has been downloaded it cannot be "returned", so all sales are final after download. This is the standard across the Rust plugin ecosystem.

Duplicate purchases of the same product are refunded in full, just contact us.

Orders that have not been downloaded may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

If a plugin does not work as advertised on its product page and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund you. Defects are normally handled by fixing the plugin: that is what support is for.
