Terms of Service

Venux Plugins ("Venux", "we") sells plugins for Rust game servers at venuxplugins.com. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as merchant of record for card and PayPal payments; Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing and applicable taxes.

You need an account to access your purchased files. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Purchases are tied to your account and are not transferable between accounts.

All plugin purchases are governed by our EULA (single-community license, no redistribution). Prices are shown in USD; local taxes may be added at checkout by Paddle depending on your country.

Custom work is quoted case by case. A quote becomes binding when you accept it and pay the agreed invoice. Custom deliverables include the agreed support window; ownership terms are stated per quote.

Do not attempt to circumvent purchase verification, share account access, or redistribute files. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or the EULA, without refund.

Plugins are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them compatible with monthly game updates, but we are not liable for downtime, data loss or indirect damages arising from their use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
